Customer Service Management Team

Nasser has searved as part of the Senior Management team at Peerless since 2004. As VP of Operations, he helps lead a team of field supervisors dedicated to the company’s mission to provide consistently excellent service. Nasser works closely with customers and prides himself on listening to their needs and working to continually improve the service provided by Peerless. Prior to Peerless, Nasser worked in finance and retail. He earned a finance degree from Cal State University Fullerton and a biology degree from UC Irviine. He lives in Orange County with his wife and two children and enjoys youth sports, the Angels, the Lakers, and an occasional round of golf.

Ralph is a building/facility veteran with extensive commercial real estate experience. He has served on the Senior Management team at Peerless for 15 years in addition to serving for 9 years as Senior Facility Manager and Real Estate Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle. He is a longtime member of IFMA (International Facility Management Association). Ralph brings a unique perspective from his property management background to his work leading a team of Peerless field supervisors to ensure the company’s service mission. It is clearly evident Ralph has a passion for serving customers. He lives in Orange County with his wife and three children and enjoys golf, fishing and vintage cars.

Deanne is a customer service dynamo. “Responsive” is her middle name. She is literally the voice of the company and the manager who ensures customer satisfaction. Deanne is proud to say that when you call Peerless you are always greeted by a real live person, never an answering machine. She has worked at Peerless for more than 20 years, serving various roles over the years, including field inspector. Deanne is known for her positive, proactive approach and her follow up: Was the job done right? Are you happy with the service? Is there anything we can do better? She handles all concerns so you don’t have to worry. When she is not working, Deanne enjoys spending time at home in Orange County with her husband and three children. She loves reading and movies.
